Cardinal Products, Inc. has served the plastics industry since 1968. We have worked in the medical, computer, telecommunications, RV and motorcycle, automotive, fitness, point of purchase, aerospace and electronics industries during that time. We are a full service house able to assist you from rapid prototyping through production.
Cardinal Productions, Inc. has been a Custom Thermoforming and Pressure Former for 30 years. Our forming size capabilities are 4' x6' with a 6' depth of draw. We work with all thermoformable grades of material from Styrene to Ultem. Thickness ranges from 0.30 to .500. Computerized routing holds tight tolerances and provides excellent repeatability. All secondary operations such as paint, shielding, silk screening and hot stamping are provided along with in-house tooling and rapid prototype capabilities to make Cardinal a complete turnkey operation. Rapid prototyping and multiple castings are produced using a variety of polyurethanes including clear and UL94VO materials within 3 days with your master or 6 days if we provide the master.
